Our Story
My journey with all things spicy started with an early memory of my parents feeding me kung-pao chicken as a toddler. As a kid my father and my uncle loved seeing my reactions to their spiciest homemade salsas and powerful smoked turkey chilies. There was always a bottle of hot sauce in the fridge and crushed red peppers stashed away in the cupboard to bring the right amount of heat to any meal. Although I didn’t start making my own sauce until later on, I started out as many do, mixing different hot sauces together to bring about more complex flavors. It wasn’t until I was much older and a bit more seasoned in my cooking skills that I was comfortable enough to start making hot sauce from scratch. From an initial curiosity to a realized passion for hot sauce I hope you will join us on our journey.
