Taking inspiration from the Table Beers of Belgian tradition and the craft beer world at large, we created a simple yet flavorful offering that is a true everyday hot sauce. Table Sauce won’t test your heat tolerance with a base of Fresno peppers (6,000 Scoville units on average) and it won’t overpower any food it’s used on. Well balanced, with notes of citrus, supple sweetness, roasted sesame, and a warming tinge of very mild spice.

Ingredients: Fresno Peppers, White Vinegar, Lime Juice, Water, Agave Syrup, Sesame Oil, and Salt.
