Camp Fire
A twisted take on one of our favorite sauce styles, the ever-popular Peri Peri sauce (Originally a Portuguese sauce made world famous in South Africa). A bright sauce made with fire-roasted bell peppers and fresh lemon juice, backed with a serious amount of heat from Trinidad Scorpion Peppers, and a light creamy texture provided by olive oil.
Ingredients: Bell Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Trinidad Scorpion Peppers, Olive Oil, Garlic, Paprika, Cayenne, Oregano, Black Pepper, & Salt
Heat Level: Very Hot
A note about our heat levels: Everyone perceives spice differently, our heat scale is based on the type and amount of peppers in a given sauce. Please use our heat levels as a general guide, not as an absolute.
